Have just found the following from Augusta Co, Va:
Augusta Co, Va Court Records 1745-1800:
Taylor va Taylor- Suit begun 1805 by John Taylor of
Augusta Co, Va, vs John Taylro, s/o Nathaniel Taylor.
Nathaniel died in Jefferson co, Sept 1804, intestate,
leaving orator and nine other children. Thomas Taylor,
brother and orator, qualified administrator, Nathaniel, Jr
was another brother. Orator's sister married William Fig.
Orator's sister Nancy, married George Bozewell and moved to
Ky. In division of estate by order County Court of
Jefferson 1806, these heirs named: Thomas Taylor, Elizabeth
Figg, Fanny Taylor, James Taylor, John Taylor, William
Taylor, Figg's wife was Mary.
