What about considering that the John Figg of Virginia came from Ockley, Surrey. If you check the IGI for Ockley, there was a John of the right age who seems to be unaccounted for (so is his father). What me think so, is that Ockely is very close to a hamlet name Seale, not so different in pronounciation from Seeli?
