George, sources are "Old Records" State of Maine;"History of Gorham,Maine";Vol. 5 Massachusetts Soldiers & Sailors in the War of the Revolution. Robert & Patience had 4 sons & 4 daughters. She married April 2 1818, died Sept. 16,1850, daughter of Ebenezer & Sarah (Stuart) Phinney. She may have been born in Standish, Maine as that was listed as the residence of her parents at the time of her marriage.
