Fildes England - Sedlif
Posted by: Joanne Fagan-Oslawskyj Date: May 23, 2000 at 02:16:21

Probably a shot in the dark, but here goes...
I am researching the Fildes family, all from Manchester, England and there seems to be a tradition of using the middle name of Sedlif (ie Fildes backwards).
Does anyone have any Fildes with the middle name of Sedlif - James Sedlif Fildes is often the name of the eldest son.
Thanks for any info.
