Friedrich FINKE/Anna BRICKEMEYER line...

My great great grandparents are Friedrich FINKE (b.1837) and Anna BRICKEMEYER (b.1839) from the Luebeke Westphalia, Germany area. Children are: Friederich Jr. (my g grandfather), Henry, Anna, Louise, Sophia, and Freda. My grandfather is Emil Martin Finke, son of Friederich & Wilhemina Finke.

Looking more information about my Finke heritage and family. I'm very interested in contacting relatives of Emil Martin's siblings, which were; Fred, Henry (never married), Theodora, and Gustav. I would especially like to find pictures of my grand parents and earlier relatives. Much of the family's photos were lost in a flood.

I think I've found the immigration record for Friedrich Sr. on the SS Mosel in Jan. 2,1882 coming to the country as an apothecary. Maybe someone knows for sure whether or not this is the right Friedrich Finke.

Much of what I have, I obtained from a file on the Ancestry.com web site.

Thank you for your help cousins!
Becky
