I am researching my Fowler line and I have reason to believe a GGGrandfather Fowler(given name unknown)may have resided in Saratoga Springs, NY during a time period of 1800 to 1830. By educated guess using birthdates of my GGrandfather Ezra Fowler, bn 1842, I am reasonably sure that my GGGrandfather was born in about 1802 to 1810, therefore could be a sister to Elizabeth. He was married to a lady who was "born at sea" coming from Scotland. Finlay can be Scottish or Irish, I found out. Sometimes, brothers and sisters used to marry into the same family.

Do you have any information on Elizabeth L. Fowler other than her dob as 1818?

Darline Fowler Smith
