Hello,

I have a Mary Finlay, daughter of William Finlay. I wondered if we may have a connection.
See below all the information Ihave.

DAVID CRAWFORD: (1838-39 - 1918)
Born in Belfast, Antrim, Northern Ireland

*DAVID CRAWFORD: m1. 23rd Feb, 1860 at Parkgate, in the parish of Donegore, Antrim, to MARY FINLAY: (?1836-1860) Father WILLIAM FINLAY: of Donegore, Antim, Ireland. (Individual Record: Batch Number. 7404604 sheet 7 Source 0934344) & (Batch Number A537798 Source Call No 537796-7-8 & 537801) Copy of marriage certificate.

** Mary died on board the ship Escort, 28th Dec 1860 following birth of a daughter Mary - from "haemorrhage after confinement." Certificate of Mary's death.

My research is mainly along the Crawford line. http://www.webace.com.au/~tblack
