Looking for place of birth and parents of William

William married Marie Meunier called Lagasse in 1826 in
Three-Rivers, Québec, and lived in Deschaillons, Lotbinière,Québec
for all their lives.
At their marriage, it is said that he was from the parish
of St John's Whoolwright ?? in Prince Edward Island ???, and
had no relatives in the province of Québec.
The officiant was the rector and chaplain of the Garrison in
Trois-Rivières.
