Looking for the children of DAVID FINDLAY found on a petition in Cumberland Co., VA in 1779 and WILLIAM FINDLEY       found on a petition in Prince Edward Co., VA in 1776. I'm also interested in any FINDLAY, FINDLEY, FINLEY or FINNEY family in Bedford Co., Va ca 1780-1800.

All of this is in an attempt to find the spouse of SALLY/SARAH CORLEY assumed daughter of CANIEL CORLEY who had resided in Cumberland, Prince Edward and Bedford Counties of Virginia. When he died he left land to SALLY FINLEY and her 6 children, ALLEN, JOHN, JAMES, BERRY, JERREMIAH and POLLY. All, including SALLY assumed the CORLEY surname after CANIEL's death.

Any thing may be the lead I need to solve the 200-year-old mystery of "WHO WAS SALLY FINLEY?"
