Hi Dave,
It is a long time since you posted this message, so am not sure if you wil get this.
My great great grandmother Marjory (Marjorie) Finlay was apparently a first cousin of the Dean John Finlay who was murdered on 12.6.1921.
I have no information about her apart from the fact that she married a James Goodfellow, and had a few children, one of whom was Mary Jane, b. 1838. Mary Jane, and presumably her parents as she was only 15, were resident in Gortnaleck, Cavan, at the time of Mary Janes's marriage in 1855 in Templeport.
I would be very interested in any further information on this part of my acestral tree.
