James Finnemore, Dorset, 1800s

My father's name was Derek Finnemore and my name is Marcus Burge as this is the name of my adopted parents (however I think when I have (hopefully many) children they will use the original surname). You can find me on Facebook at UN: Marcus Burge or at UN: Marcus AlCapone Burge. My relatives may not be directly/closely related to anyone on this forum but I am very interested in investigating the genealogy of the Finnemore family.

This site says the Finnemore family had a 'family seat' - http://www.houseofnames.com/finnemore-family-crest. All my relatives had big houses!

I'm trying to find out about my grandfather, James Finnemore. He lived in Sturminster in Dorset and married my grandmother Sylvia Filer.
