Airstona and Florence, of ILL
My grandfather was married to a woman named Airstona (also spelled Airstone) in Champaign Co., ILL on Sept. 9, 1892.The 1900 champaign Co. census of IL lists her birth as Sept. 1875.
In their household was also Airstone's sister, Florence, being born Nov. 1882.
I don't know what happened to Florence.Airstone and her husband Charles Myler went up to homestead in ND.They had a son there named Ralph. Some time, I don't know when, Airstone and Ralph, and 3 horses, were killed by lightening.Airstone and Ralph are buried in Riverview Cemetery, in Douglas, ND>
That's all I know on the family. My grandfather went on to remarry and had 5 daughters.
Hope this helps someone. Many of the Mylers came from Ohio to settle in the Vermilion and Champaign areas of ILL in the 1860s on.Perhaps at least one clan of the Firebaughs did, also.
