The county Recorder of Deeds would have property transfers although most deeds are not likely to have street addresses on them. Deeds are not going to have Gottlieb's parents unless they owned it before him which is very unlikely unless they came over too. His death certificate should have his parents and his obit might. His obit might also have surviving siblings and possibly exactly where he was born. The church he was a member of may have some helpful data in their records.
