Fishleighs of Cornwall to Huron Co. ON

I am searching for more information about the Fishleighs who lived in Brussels, Huron County, Ontario in the mid 1800s.

They reportedly came from Cornwall - and first lived near the US border before homesteading in Cornwall. We believe that the father's name was FRANCIS FISHLEIGH. He had a daughter EMELY ("EMA") FISHLEIGH born in the 1840s who married BEN GERRY of Brussels, Ontario. Ema had at least 2 brothers - both tinsmiths. One of them was WILLIAM FISHLEIGH who married Eliseabeth Jackson in Brussels, Ontario and had the following children: William, Louise, Harold, Florence, Edwin and Edeth.

Any information appreciated.

Anne Vogt
