who was the mother of Elizabeth Fiske Russell ca. 1645

I am so confused... there is such conflicting data, and none of it seems to be supported well... is there a concensus about who the mother of Elizabeth Fiske, who m. John Russell (who was born 11 Sept 1645) and was the mother of Capt Wm. Russell b. 1683?

I have her father as Lt. David Fiske b. about 1623. These Fiskes were in Watertown MA. I have seen her mother as either Lydia Cooper or Seaborn(e) Sarah Wilson. David Fiske married Sarah in 1655- but as far as I can find, there is no birthdate for Elizabeth. So she has been attributed to either mother. For some reason, I had her as a daughter of Lydia... but now, everything I see has her as a daugher of Seaborne... is there some new compelling evidence that has come to light, that explains why she is so consistently being shown now as Seaborne's daughter?

Where might I find said convincing evidence!?!
