Hmmm...
What you have listed does not match what I have, at least not very well.

In 1910, I show Lucy and her husband Thomas C. Chase living next door to her mother and her sister in Orting, Pierce Co., Washington.

That census shows that her parents were both born in Pennsylvania... which is what I show.

My records also show her parents as William H. Fisk and Sarah Jane Wylie.

This is supported in the 1880 Federal Census for Scott, Fremont Co., Iowa, where they were living at the time. If you have an ancestry.com account they are indexed under "Fish".

I also show William's mother was Martha Wylie, which is also supported by the 1880 census, where William's uncle James N. Wylie is living with them.

Bob

P.S. I would have answered this before but I got hung up on the Texas info. I don't know where you got the Texas info but I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts it's a mistake.
