I am surprised though at your omission of Jack Owen Jevons' "Descendants of Richard Fiske of Laxfield" published in 1987 by the author. I was very impressed by his independent research, as he states he went to England and viewed the Candler Manuscripts as well as countless other deeds, VR's, wills and other materials.
