Yes.
I read it at NEHGS then contacted Mr. Jevons and purchased a copy from him directly. He lived in Boulder, Colorado at the time. I believe he is from there originally so I think he may still be there now.

Like I said, I was very impressed with his book and agreed totally with the conclusions he made when he had no hard documents to use as a source.
