I think I have them. I have never seen anyone named Phannelia but there is a Phanlia married to William Fiske in Charlestown in the 1860 census. There is also a Charles H. Fiske, aged 12, who is most likely their son and a woman named Mary White who is aged 82. It is usually an in-law when the last name is different and that much older than the head of the family.
It also says that William is a cabinet maker by trade but that he is: (Insane/Hereditary).
William is only 56, Phanlia is 54 and all 4 were born in Massachusetts.
