I also assumed it was her mother but several things seem to disagree with it. Her mother is recorded as Harmony Child but Harmony supposedly died at age 96 in 1861... this woman is Mary and is only 82 in 1860.
If she is indeed only 82 in 1860, then she was too young to have had the oldest of Phanulia's siblings. This seems to call out for more research.
As for William's data and their kids I have found some but not all of their info.
They had at least 6 children but I have only found the birth reords in Charlestown for:
George Henry b. 2 Feb 1850
Emma Caroline b. 22 Feb 1854
Annie Lizzie b. 31 Aug 1864 d. 19 Jul 1865
Ida Maria b. 4 Feb 1865
From the 1870 census there are also the children:
Walter b. abt 1852
Ella b. abt 1859
I have not found either of the last two in the vital records for Charlestown.
