Hi Helen,
How wonderful to see your reply. I can't see your e-mail address so have to reply this way. I would love to be able to share info with you. I think you should be able to get my e-mail address from the forum. There is a mystery about my gggm Jessie Fisken as she was always referred to in the fmaily as 'the French one'. I can find no birth certificate for her and in one census return Euphemis is named as her mother, which I think is just a mistake. If you can cast any light through your research it would help solve a mystery.
