Hello,

I see a "Fison" still exists. I am related to the Fisons of Fertiliser fame - and later Chemist ilk. Fanny Fison and Sir Frederick Fison, bart. - our family home is now subdivided and an old folks complex in Yorkshire. I now reside in Florida, but was originally from Canada, although lived in UK for a time. Relations still there. I have photos of Fison - Brashay home circa 1750-1800 in Burliegh in Warfdale, Yorks as it stood with Fisons and many old clippings from the Times. An unusual name, so no doubt you are of same root stock - you may be interested in te family docs., which are with my mum in Canada -for what it is worth. I think that you may have some direct blod relations in Cleveland, UK. -Oliver.
