Sarah Fitz Randolph/Father Edward Facts
Posted by: Barbara Brandon (ID *****9796) Date: October 31, 2002 at 07:58:52

I have the following documented info:

Orbit for Sarah Fitz Randolph born 4-8-1805 PA

Crawford Democrat 8-10-1844 at Kinsman, Ohio on Monday 5th, after a short but painful illness, Mrs. Kinnard Hamilton and daughter of Edward Fitz Randolph of Vernon Twp. died.

Regarding her father: 1885 History of Crawford County. Mr. Edward Randolph - early settler was in his seventy second year when the way of 1812 broke out. He is the father of five sons and two daughters, Sarah daughter, married Kinnard Hamilton and moved to Iowa.

I have a picture of Sarah's grave marker in Kinsman, Ohio.

There seems to be confusion on the web as to this line...
Kinnard and Sarah had four children I am aware of: Edward Randolph Hamilton born 3-8--1832, Genette, Earl and Eliza.
After her death (Sarah) Kinnard married Charlotte Moore in Kinsman, Ohio on April 3, 1845 and they had 6 children.
