Joan Fitz (Adopted Last name) was adopted in 1943 in Rhode Island by Joan (Tovey_Maynard) Fitz. Her adopted father was Richard A Fitz possibly a boat builder they lived in Barrington --Bristol...Providence Rhode Island..
Her adopted mother Joan Fitz is still living in a residntial nursing home here in Rhode Island...I am researching for a cousin in England and she would love to connect to adopted daughter Joan (Fitz) Smith she is possibly living in New York now...Does anyone know of this lady?
