My name is Charles FitzRandolph and am a descendant of Edward and Elizabeth through their son Thomas, Jonathan and David, Samuel and Margaret, Jesse, John LaForge,Gideon, John, Charles (me)
I am very familiar with Salem. As a college student at Milton, Wisconsin, I was a member of the choir and stopped at Salem, giving a concert, on our tour to New York.
Perhaps you can clear up a conflict of information concerning the college's president between 1889-91 and 1893-1902. The book I have credits Jesse FitzRandolph 1768-1863.I think another Jesse is more likely. He lived from 1851-1928. Can you confirm either information?
