I am decsended from a Randolph family in western North Carolina. DNA testing has shown this family is a Fitz Randolph branch. Records show my ancestors in TN & NC as early as 1787. I found a really good match in the book you mentioned on pg. 28, Samuel Fitz Randolph b. 1741 in Princeton. His daughter, Mary, was born in 1777, on the Atkins River also. Evidently there was more than one Fitz Randolph in North Carolina. Do you Know where the Atkins Rivrt is? I have Been unable to find it. Pat Wise
