I have found many Hannah Budds in the "JOHN BUDD" 1599 - 1670 AND SOME OF HIS DESCENDANTS; written by Lily Wright Budd. Unfortunately, none fit the date that you listed. Most likely, though, your Hannah is descended from this first JOHN BUDD to America. The allied families of this Budd lineage include: Browne, Horton, Underhill, L'Estrange, Merritt, Cornell, Thurman, Sparks, Dallas, Motley and many, many more; including one of mine; Fitz Randolph. My first great-grandfather; JAMES CLARK RANDOLPH born 1844, Mahoning County, Ohio, spouse was REMEMBRANCE BUDD who was the daughter of ELI BUDD, son of DR. JOHN BUDD, son of JOHN BUDD one of the first pioneers of Ohio who settled in Harlem Twp., Delaware County, Ohio before 1820. Hope this helps.
