I'm researching the Fitz Randolph and Hall families of Cuba, Allegany County, New York. Elias T. Fitz Randolph and Mary Cattell Hayes had children Jesse Halsey Fitz Randolph and Beula Ann Fitz Randolph:

1. Jesse Halsey Fitz Randolph, born about 1822 New Jersey, married Rosanna Hall, born between 1825 and 1831 NY. They appear in the 1850 census of Cuba, page 253L, next door to the family of Andrew Richardson, born about 1822. (Was Rosanna related to Jonathan Hall, born about 1811 in Chenango Co., NY whose family appears on page 250?) In the 1860 census of Cuba, p. 781 (49), Rosanna is recorded as Rosan Richardson (probably should be Randolph) in the household of Andrew and Bulia Richardson.

Children of Jesse Halsey Fitz Randolph and Rosanna Hall:
a. Henry Fitz Randolph. Source: Christian, Louise Aymar, The descendants of Edward Fitz Randolph and Elizabeth Blossom 1630-1950, East Orange, N.J.?: unknown, 1950, p. 117.
b. William Burdette Fitz Randolph, b. abt. 1853 NY. He is listed in the 1860 census of Birdsall, Allegany Co., NY, p. 94, with the family of Amos Southard, and again in the 1860 census of Cuba, p. 781 (49), with his mother Rosan. Jonathan Hall's family is on page 783. William then appears in the 1870 census of Hickory Township, Forest Co., PA, p. 31.

2. Beulah Ann Fitz Randolph, b. abt. 1825 NJ married Andrew Richardson, born about 1822, Allegany Co., NY. The family is listed in the 1850 (page 253L), 1855 and 1860 censuses of Cuba, Allegany Co., NY. An Eliza Hall was living in their household at the time of the 1850 census. Beulah's brother Jesse Halsey Fitz Randolph, b. abt. 1822 NY, married Rosan/Rosanna Hall, b. abt. 1831 NY, and they are listed next door to the Richardson family in the 1850 census.
