Hi David,
I might have a family connect. My gg grandmother was possbly Jane Fivecoat Sebastian born 1805-OH & found in Delaware Twp, Hancock Co., OH with huband George Sebastian & children in 1850, 1860 OH Census.
In 1820, I find his father William Sebastian and also George Fivecoat in Perry Twp., Coshocton Co., OH on Pages 26 and 27. In 1830, George Sebastian is found as head of household in Coshocton Co., but by 1840 he had moved to Delaware Twp., Hancock Co. I have ordered the cemetery records on Coshocton Co., OH. Perhaps something will help. Do you see a connection & do you have anything more?

My great grandmother was Sarah Sebastian (b. 1836-OH). My gg grandparents have quite a few children but two with an "F." middle name which I am interpreting as standing for Fivecoat: Henry Fivecoat Sebastian (b. 1825) and Aaron Fivecoat Sebastian (b. 1840). I have more on the Sebastians especially. In the LDS Computer the middle name of both of these persons is written as Fivecoat.
Thanks for your query.
