Reba,
I am helping a male adoptee born in Fl. in 1962. He is looking for his birthfamily. His mother was born in 1937. She worked as a short order cook . She was 1 of 4 children . Her father died when she was very young. She liked to draw. She moved to Fl. in the early 50's with her mother who was working for a Linen supply co.She had 2 children prior to the adoptee,Jim's birth. (1) Charlotte born in 1957 who was living with the family. (2) BABY born in 1960 who was adopted in a mid Atlantic coast state. We think this was also a girl.The children had different birth fathers. Jim's birth father was born in 1934-was from a southern state-was an only child -was divorced -had a son in that union. He had no part in the adoption.A Dr. Keig and Kathryn Weber arranged this adoption.
One of the names, sent to me by a nice person on the internet , was Cloud. They said this might be Charlottes name. I can't find anything to back it up.I was wondering if you might know of a Charlotte Cloud who was born in 1957. I would like to contact her to see if she is Jim's sister. Thank-You.
