Concerning Carden and Evans-My mother knew the Carden's. She said to tell you that it was possible that her mother (Roxie Williams) may have delivered some of Tom's children since she (Roxie) was a certified midwife. Tyndall was not Bay Co. until 1913. Before that it was Calhoun Co., so any records before that date would be in Calhoun Co. Other families in that area were Raffield, Daniels, Pridgen, Williams, Strange, Evans. There was a Sterling Evans and other Evans's. One of them had a daughter named Arden Evans who is the chief of a Creek Indian Tribe in Bruce, Fl. (near Ebro) in Walton Co. Fl. I am related to the Evans's in Washington Co. Fl. They came to Fl. before 1830 from N.C. and Ga. My gggrandfather was Sharpless and his father was Williams. Let me know if this helps at all and I might be able to help a lot on the Evans side. The Marywood Cem. has been documented and I have a copy of the people burried there (not many) that i can send to you.
