Hello Diana,
Several Minshews have left tracks in the sands of Bay County. John W. was buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery there under a stone that reads "Aug 9, 1896 - Aug 6, 1985." You can find several additional of that surname listed here: www.rootsweb.com/~flbcgs/cemetery
Two marriages for Minchews are list here: www.rootsweb.com/~flbcgs/marriages but I'm not sure about the spelling mismatch.
