The Bay County Genealogical Society will be conducting a beginners seminar on Saturday, October 25, 2008 from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM at the in the conference room of the new Bay County Public Library at 898 W. 11th Street, Panama City, Florida.. Registration begins at 8:30 AM and the first session begins at 9:00 AM. Topics include “Where to Begin”, “Vital Records”, “Censuses”, “Organization, Citations, and Evidence”, “The Internet”, and “Family History Library and Family History Centers”.
