(1)Tell us WHAT you know - that includes what you have searched, where you got your information from, dates, locations. This way people won't tell you to search a certain census or other resource if you have already done so.
(2) Tell us what you DON"T know. -- I don't know his parents’ names, I don't know when he came to the US, I don't know names of siblings.
(3) Tell us what you WANT to know - otherwise it’s a stab in the dark. What information are you looking for? Be specific, do you want to know how to get naturalization papers, how to find when they emigrated, how to find a location in the old country? (Don't say you want to know everything about them! Pick one or two things and go at it systematically.)"

See below information which is available on www.ancestry.com -- by subscription or free in many libraries throughout the country. You may not be looking in the right Florida county as yet. The name "Luther Franklin" is not as uncommon as one might think.
Suggest that you select from the most likely records you have seen and send for Florida death certificates. For cause of death, you must ask specifically. Informant name & address, cemetery, parents names etc will be on death certificates. You could compare (middle names first) then ZIP codes of different family members, in case their residence was the same.
