Thomas Jefferson Stalnaker, (Richard Stalnakers son,) came to Brandford, Alachua Co., Florida when he was twelve years old and later built a cedar farmhouse and farmed there. His son, Crawford Roland Stalnaker built his home of cedar and farmed, corn, watermelon, tabacco, and raised milk cows, chickens, goats and pigs near the town of Ft. White in Columbia Co., Florida.
