Little family, mid 1800's

I am trying to identify the family of Amanda (?) Little who was born about 1832 in Georgia. In the 1870 census of Columbia County, Florida, she is listed with four children: Bryant, age 16; Elizabeth, age 14; George, age 12; and Matthew, age 10. Also in the household is Henry Edwards, age 14. All of the children were born in Georgia.
I know that George married first Arietta Leonora Bryant in 1881 and second her sister Louisa Alice Bryant in 1885. Also that Elizabeth married Edward Henry Robarts in 1880.
Does anyone know Amanda's maiden name and the name of the father of her four children? Also, what may have happened to the father since his name does not appear on the census? Any information? Suggestions?
