Descendants of Theophilus Weeks...Lake City Chapter Sons of the American Revolution will dedicate Patriot Grave Marker on June 15th at 11:00AM, Price Creek Cemetery, located on Price Creek Road in Columbia County, Florida. Theophilus Weeks was born 21 October 1760 in North Carolina and served with the North Carolina Regiment, died 20 Jul 1836. His wife was Ann O'steen. SAR Chapters from Gainesville and Jacksonville, Florida will assist with the program.
