I am looking for descendants of the Willie or Wiley Bass family. This includes his son, John Wesley who married Fannie Stringer. This couple lived in Branford and had the following children: Alexander Zanie (Bill), Hiram Walley(Bunk) m. Clara ?, Cecil m. Ada/Ida Hall, Wesley Fernando m. Pollie Townsend, Vander (Bud) m. Nellie Oliver, Viney, Essie, Nancy, Elvia, & Lizzie. If you are a descendant of any of these or think you might be, and are willing to share info, please contact me. I am in the process of updating our family history for the annual Bass/Stringer reunion held in August. The sooner I get the material, the more complete I can make the Ancestry/Descendant wall chart.
