Sarah Brett was a first cousin (once removed) of my husband, Rusley Meeker. We have pictures of the extended Meeker/Tison/Brett/Young families at reunions in Bonifay in the 1940s. Phil Wegley was identified in the picture as the husband of Sarah Brett.
Apparently there were other Wegleys in Bonifay because I see Edith Wegley listed on the Social Security Death Index. She was born in 1923 and died Sept. 24, 1995 (apparently in Bonifay).
Does anyone know anything more about the Wegleys in Bonifay, especially about Sarah and Phil Wegley?
