1862 Holmes Co.Fl / State-vs-Murdock Gillis:

Witness's at this trial are:

1) Olivar Braxton, Jr
2) Craven Kitrol (Kittrell)
3) Bronson Norris
4) Abner Vaughan

Does anyone have a clue as to what this trial was about and his relationship to these persons listed as witness's?

Does anyone know the maiden name of his wife Mary Jane born Sept.1868 in Florida?

So far the only census I have located him on is 1900 Holmes Co.Fl- Hurricane Creek- H.H #104, which shows:

Murdoc age 27, Mary Jane age 31, John age 5, Abbie age 3, Armit age 2, Roxie age 8/12 all born in Holmes Co. Florida.
===========================================================
NOTE: Bronson Norris is my gr-gr-gr-great grandfather
Cravon Kittrell is my gr-gr-gr-gr-great grandfather

Related Surnames are:
Flowers, King, French, Smith, Griffith, Hood, Rudd

Any shred of information could be helpful, so please send me anything that may or may not seem important. Thanks
