Do you know her husband's name? If you know her husband's name you might try searching the cemetery listings (if you don't know where she was buried). Couples were usually buried together even when there were many years separating their deaths and even when the surviving spouse moved in with kids in another state. If you can find her husband's place of burial the US Gen Web Project is a very good site - go to Florida, Jackson Co. and do a cemetery search - she will probably be there also and you can then get a first name for her.
