I am looking for information on the father of "Churman Yon". Who once lived in the household of "Winfield Miller". As his stepson. I received an e-mail from a "Wayne Miller" his grandson He did not have any information on "Churman Yon" father. Which is the information I am seeking. According to the census for Liberty County taken in the 1900s he was born in Florida and his mother was born in Georgia. His mother's name was "Lizzie Yon" I do not know if Lizzie, was short for Elizabeth or not. That she had married "Winfield Miller" after the death of Churman's father. However I have been told that her maiden last name was Davis.
