Jennifer - If you still need the OBIT on your father, Elliot H. Outlaw, let me know.
What I have found, his SS number 243-22-5260 - you can order a copy of his SS application.
He was born July 22, 1926 in NC.
In Jan. 18,1945 - living in New Hanover County, NC, single, he enlisted in the Air Corps, as a private at Ft. Bragg. He had completed high school.
