My name is Jennifer Gibbs. I was adopted when I was nine years old, but managed to keep in contact with both my biological mother and father. However, during my high school years, I lost contact with my father, Elliot Harris Outlaw, who lived in Palm City, FL and died on 9-19-93.
If anyone could please locate a copy of his obituary for me, I would greatly appreciate it. I was very surprised to learn that he had passed away such a short time after my mother had.
I appreciate any information that you can offer. If perhaps any of you knew my father, I'd love to hear any stories or recollections you may have about him.
