Marriage to a Michael CARROLL/MOCLAIR?

I have a maternal g-g-grandfather, Michael CARROLL, who married an unknown-named woman from Florida. Anyone have this woman in your family tree? He was probably born in Galway, Ireland ca. 1832, maybe a famine immigrant. They were probably Catholic. They had a son, George Bruce CARROLL in 1858, probably in New Orleans, Louisiana. Until the 1920s, they sometimes used the surname, MOCLAIR, or possibly Mocler. This family has posed many mysteries in researching, hence the liberal use of "probably" & "maybe".
