Wright Kersey. Married to Mary _____??_____.
In 1850 I have him in Emanuel Co, GA. In 1860 in Charlton Co, GA.
I would like to know who his parents are - or any info on him. His wife's maiden name.
I am especially interested in one of his sons: William John Kersey and his wife, also Mary (Scarborough). They started out in Charlton Co, GA area and moved on through to Clay Co, FL. I suspect William John died on the way to Clay Co, FL. I've found Mary as late as 1900 in Middleburg, Clay Co, FL. Have not found where/when she died.
Their children are Joseph Cone Kersey, Asa Kersey, James Downing Kersey, John Kersey, Veraqua Kersey, and Ulysses Kersey. They eventually made it from Georgia to Florida.
If you have any records/info/names at all (except census) please contact me. This is my GGG-Grandfather and kin.
