I have found out that the father of our Robert Lowe was John Lowe b.@1843 d.between 1880 and 1900 in Fl- probably what was then Desoto Co. Robert's mother was Barbara Ann Prine Lowe b.Sept 1844 in Lowndes Co Ga d.after 1910. She was the daughter of Daniel Prine. The man who owned the marina was likely named either Allen, Leonard, John W., William or Nathan as those are the names of John and Barbara's sons- at least the names of the ones I know. I'm still looking for information on John and Barbara- any help would be appreciated.
