I am lookig for someone who has access to the book, "David Campbell & Effie McLean Descendents & Other Connections by Mayme Tyner in Laurel Hill, FL published in 1982 to copy the pages pertaining to the Senterfitt's listed in the book. I will be happy to pay for copying costs etc.
Is Ms. Tyner still alive?
If the book is known to be in any area libraries please let me know so I can contact the library.
Is there a list of graves with birth, death and spouse information for the Magnolia Cemetery in Laurel Hill, FL? I am seeking information on Jesse Senterfitt who I believe was born c.1795 in SC, m. Mary Faircloth on 5 Aug 1816 and died 21 Feb 1861? He might be buried in Magnolia Cemetery. Any information on him would be appreciated. He is my g grandfather. Note, I think there is another Jesse Senterfitt buried in Magnolia Cemetery who was b 1854 and died in 1860. The child is not the Jesse for which I am seeking information.
If anyone is looking for tombstone information on Senterfitts in the Holt cemetery, I photgraphed most of the Senterfitt headstones there last fall (2003) I'll be happy to exchange information.
I have information on the Senterfitt line from Jesse mentioned above to Jesse Allen, his son and my grandfather, who married Nancy Ellen Renfroe and I'll be happy to share.
