I am researching the following family and have added quite a lot of information recently, however, that has led me to some new questions about that line. I hope to turn up a descendant who might be able to help sort that all out as well as attend our upcoming Franklin reunion as they would be Franklin descendants! I did get a copy of Ky Adams marriage in Walton Co, FL this week so I have added Barlow as his wife's maiden name and have a precise marriage date and locale. They had several children, and some could even still be living, but I've been unsuccessful in finding out what happened to them.
Does anyone live in or travel to the Laurel Hill,FL area who would be willing to look up a couple of newspaper obits for me to help with this?? I would very much like to have copies of the obituaries for Hezekiah, Liddie and son Floyd as they may have information on surviving children/descendants.
I would also like to get digital photos of the tombstones - Ky, his wife, and a son who died in WWII are buried in Almarante Cemetery in Laurel Hill, FL. If I recall correctly this is not far from the AL/FL state line??
I am happy to pay costs or do exchange research ( I work within a mile of one of the top 10 genealogy facilities in the country--The Clayton Genealogical Research Library, in Houston, TX--and I travel extensively throughout TX & AL.)
