Location of Old Cemetery in Valp ("Kelly Hill")

I am looking for more info on a cemetery located on "Kelly Hill" (as the old folks call it) in Valparaiso, FL. I believe it is on the north side of Hwy 20 near the Eglin cut-off. Trying to find gravesites of William Lee Walton and/or Moses J. McClenney and/or Susan Walton McClenney. Can anyone provide website, info or directions (or correct name) to the cemetery. Burials would have taken place ca 1890 - 1919.
